Experience In Action

Robert is one of Apex’s most experienced furniture installers, having worked in the industry for nearly 18 years. Originally hailing from the Philippines and Beacon Hill in Seattle, he began his career in Arizona after relocating to be closer to family. Robert joined the Apex team three and a half years ago, bringing along his strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service. “The Arizona heat proved too much for me, so I moved back to Seattle,” Robert laughs.

Going The Extra Mile

Having started work at 11 years old as a newspaper carrier, Robert understands and appreciates the value of going the extra mile and doing more than what is required for a job. He helps spread that message across the company: “Everyone works together, going the extra mile to make customers happy and give them what they need,” says Robert. “At Apex, service is less about furniture and more about a full package of furniture, moving services and warehousing. We do a little bit of everything here and that’s what make Apex special.”

Off The Clock

When he is not at Apex, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Milly, two daughters, son and grandson. “Family is Number One to me,” he says. “They’re my everything.” Most of all, Robert enjoys his wife’s cooking of “absolutely amazing Filipino food.”
