Apex Facilities Resources is looking for another Installer to join our team! We need an experienced Mover to perform all aspects of commercial relocation for our new and existing customers with a high level of customer service.
The primary contribution of the Mover/Installer role to the organization is to bring the ability to drive customer satisfaction through delivering on the organization's brand promise. This person will be punctual, provide guidance, and instruction. They will be highly communicative to ensure that the client is well informed about the timing and execution of product delivery and install. They will be agile, flexible, and have the natural ability to work under pressure driven by identified deadlines. They will abide by company standards, drive production while staying focus while safely operating the company vehicle and equipment. Success in this role will deliver client projects on time and under budget and receive high satisfaction customer service scores.
Move, deliver, and install customer products undamaged. Safely utilizing the equipment and company vehicles to do so. Communicating with customers is a must. Following proper safety procedures and protocols always an Apex expectation. Complete the proper paperwork in a timely manner. Reading and utilizing drawings of the job. Effectively utilizing technology. Sharing knowledge and supporting new people. Staging, De-trashing, final cleanup.
